I've been living here for approximately 8.5 years. The management staff are always friendly and very helpful. The maintenance staff always professional and very polite. Thank you to all the Mark Taylor staff you all are doing a great job.

They even charge pet fees and deposits for birds, fish. 2 max ($180 deposit plus $200 one time fee per fish, frog or reptile limit 2 )!!! Yes really!!! And reptiles. Pet deposit $180 & 1 time pet fee $200!?! And $35.00 a month too per fish, reptile or bird.
So if a lizard frog or scorpion enters your apartment are you in violation? Fined? Written warning?
Seriously?
Says alot about Mark Taylor
I am holding 4-5 stars hostage until the absolute paint job in the men's gym bathroom is cleaned up. It has been this way for four days, guys. Let's figure it out.
Edit: Got it figured out in 5 days.
San Palmas is probably the best value in the greater Phoenix area. The gym is larger than most token apartment facilities, and the clubhouse is also excellent. The pool and rooms are about standard fare--but still lovely.
My favorite thing, however, was the common, green spaces. This is a place where children play, people go for walks, barbecues are fired up--it feels very alive. And I like that.
5 stars for the facilities. Minus one star for the delay in paint job cleanup.

Living here and horrible experience. Leaking ceilings in the bathroom, leaks multiple times after repair too, none of the appliances function properly, and on top of it horrible and very rude management ladies and old and useless service technicians. Save some headache and look elsewhere. And goodluck if you have noisy neighbours upstairs. Ask to look at the apartment that you will be eventually moving in, we were promised upgrades and the apartment that we endedup renting didnt have upgrades.
