  I'm a seasoned Realtor and I've worked with hundreds of lenders in my time. Never ONE like Sal. He rescued 3 buyer files from another lender for me and had us closed in mere days on all 3. Exceptional.

  Sal was absolutely great to work with. His ability to help us navigate through the loan approval process and educate us on the best loan for our scenario. His prompt responsiveness and excellent communication throughout the entire home buying process. His tenacious approach. We had a tall order, our needs required us to close on a home within 45 days. Not only did Sal meet our expectations but, he exceeded them. We are looking forward to working with him again in the future.

  I have known Sal Bossio for quite a long time on a personal level . And that alone was enough for me to trust him to work with me on the stressful ( for most ) task of acquiring a conventional loan. I’ve gotten to a point in my life where my credit cards were crushing me I couldn’t get ahead. …Combine that with the HELOC that I had, I needed to do something . I reached out to Sal , as well as a couple of other industry leading lenders. Not only did Sal save me $10,000 compared to the best offer that I got elsewhere, but he made the whole process stress free , concise , and broke it down in a way that a normal guy like Myself could understand. For the first time in many years, I am finally feeling a little bit of weight off my chest regarding my financial future thanks to Sal. I truly cannot recommend him enough. He’s honest , bright , talented , and all around good guy. If you are looking to do something similar, there’s no doubt that you will walk away happy if you deal with him . Thank you Sal.

  My husband and I had an exceptional experience working with Sal for our mortgage needs. He is friendly, highly professional, knowledgeable, and was prompt to respond to any questions we had. Although this all seemed daunting to us, he kept us from feeling stressed out and overwhelmed. From the very initial encounter, Sal put us at ease.
