  I lived at riviera park apartment for 2 1/2 years it was decent until the new management took over.They do not do anything, don't fix nothing.Takes months for them to do anything around here pulled then closed for the whole summer.They don't know what the hell they're going,, harass the tenants , they have a rule set that kids cannot go outside without patients. My a c went out three times since I lived here .

  This is our first night renting this place, and we are extremely disappointed. The place is infested with bugs. We have killed around 50 cockroaches. We came to drop off some of our things, and when we came back with another load, there were cockroaches all over the boxes and behind everything we had already brought in, including the couch, table, boxes, and other belongings. There are cockroaches crawling on the walls, on the floor, everywhere. This place has a serious cockroach infestation, and it is disgusting. We also removed about six crickets. On top of that, it seems like the apartment was painted with old or spoiled paint because the smell is unbearable. This has been the worst experiences of our lives. We feel scammed!
