  We've completed one year here and recently renewed our lease for another year. It's a beautiful community with an amazing staff who have always been friendly, supportive, and responsive. The apartments and common areas are clean and well maintained—you'd hardly guess the community has been around for years because everything is kept in excellent condition. The maintenance team is truly top-notch. Every request we've submitted has been handled promptly and professionally. My wife, my son, and I all genuinely enjoy living here. The location is another big plus, with easy access to Loop 202, Loop 101, and plenty of nearby shopping and dining options. I would definitely recommend this community to anyone looking for a great place to live!

  I have had a wonderful experience living at Reflections at Gila Springs. The community is beautiful, peaceful, and very well maintained. The landscaping, lake views, and amenities create a relaxing environment that truly feels like home. The management and maintenance teams are professional, friendly, and always quick to respond whenever help is needed. The apartments are clean, spacious, and conveniently located near shopping, restaurants, and major freeways, making daily life very convenient. I highly recommend Reflections at Gila Springs to anyone looking for a safe, clean, and comfortable place to live. Thank you to the entire team for making this such a great community! The property highlights features such as lakeside views, a resort-style pool, fitness center, and convenient access to Chandler's major employers and amenities.

  I had made an appointment at 2 and when I had arrived, there was nobody in the leasing office. All that was there was a sign saying they’ll be back at 3. Extremely unprofessional, especially when people have made appointments at 2!!

  Had an appointment at 2 to tour apartments, when we got there the leasing office was closed with a sign saying they'd open again at 3. When we called nobody responded and was sent to voicemail. Extremely unprofessional and ridiculous to offer appointments when they don't do so. We had to drive 30 minutes to get here for nothing.

  Always had water issues to the point that is you swam or had ice it WREAKED. Also a paying tenant on lease and told "if seen on property our legal team will reach out' after a mental health crisis. This place sucks. Don't EVER go there.
