  My wife & I recently rented an apartment with Noria. We worked with Bill & Yvonne, who are both extremely professional, helpful & very nice to work with. They helped us find the perfect apartment for our needs. The property is incredible with a beautiful pool & fitness center; first class amenities. The residents are very friendly and nice. Highly recommend Noria to anyone looking for a new home!

  Our 4 years at Noria have been great! The office staff and the maintenance team are exceptional! Both teams are quick to assist when needed. They know both mine and my husband by name. The events offered for the community are varied and so much fun! I would absolutely recommend Noria for friends and family!

  I’ve had such a wonderful experience at Noria Robson Luxury Apartments! The community is always clean, beautiful, and very well maintained. The maintenance team is quick, friendly, and does a great job whenever anything is needed. The entire staff is welcoming and truly cares about their residents. Bill, the new manager, has been amazing, he is very helpful, professional, and always goes above and beyond to make sure residents are taken care of. You can really tell he takes pride in the community. Highly recommend living here! 😊

  Tailem did an excellent job fixing my waste disposal, professional and knowledgeable and he quickly diagnosed and resolved the issue! It’s great to have maintenance staff who care and do quality work! Thank you much for the excellent service!

  We have been living here for 5 months and the office staff has been great, attentive to our needs and has provide excellent friendly customer service and always waiving when they see us. I enjoy the community activities and they sure know how to make Noria feel like a home. I've had nothing but great service from the maintenance staff, who has shown great concerns for one of the issues that I had in my apt. They was able to provide a remedy in an efficient amount of time and resolve the issue.
