  AMAZING PROPERTY: I just moved into the Luxe Ocotillo Apartments, from Michigan the staff was very helpful with the transition. HARLEY went above and beyond, sending emails and taking pictures of the property and my apartment via FaceTime, and text .HARLEY IS DEFINITELY A GOOD FIT FOR THE COMPANY. Every Time I called the office to talk to somebody concerning my move to Arizona AFTON & CAROLINE took the time out to explain in detail anything i had concerns about which is very rare when it comes to staff at any complex because they tackle multiple task daily. I appreciate their time addressing all my concerns. ROLANDO is awesome as well he all my questions concerning the property and maintenance in the complex. When I moved in April 27, 2026 I had a few VERY minor repairs I called Harley she put in a repair report and Thomas came the next day and repair all issues, Thomas you are awesome and thank you for the fast response.. I definitely would recommend or referral anyone to call LUXE HOME and I’m glad i decided to call this apartment complex home best decision i every made. THANK YOU EVERYONE THAT I MENTION ABOVE YOUR HARD WORK AND DEDICATION WILL NOT GO UNNOTICED

  I had an amazing experience at Luxe @ Ocotillo! From the moment I walked in, everything felt welcoming, clean, and relaxing, which really set the tone for a great visit. I especially want to highlight Christine, who was incredibly helpful and made the whole experience even better—she took the time to answer my questions, made sure I was comfortable, and seems she genuinely cared about keeping the place well kept.I highly recommend Luxe @ Ocotillo to anyone looking for a place that values both quality and customer care, and I’ll definitely be coming back!
