  The office manager Rosa is always very professional and is a very caring manager. The office is always well kept and Rosa is very well spoken when it comes to interacting with the residents. Cam is very lucky to have her working for them.

  I love the neighborhood but front office never picked up , I’ve gone in person the manger was always smoking in the pool area, when they got new management thought it would be different, the ac unit never worked good we got washer n dryer that made our close stink n dryer had to keep on drying like 3 rounds, I moved out the end of Feb. told management for the total amount she gave me a statement on the amount paid it and now 4-5 months later I get a collection saying I owe another 1000$ or so like what! Would never apply here again!

  Do not move here. I rarely leave reviews but feel like I should warn anyone considering living here to beware. A few reasons why: - SO many scorpions year-round. I tried everything under the sun to mitigate the problem but the reality is if they’re there, you’re probably not getting rid of them. - saw a man in broad daylight pull his car next to mine (while I was in it with the windows down), drop his pants, pull a condom off, and pee in the parking lot. - saw another man peeing in the complex (also in broad daylight) - had a neighbor literally try to run me over one time when I was crossing the street. She saw me from afar and then floored it when I began crossing the road, then spit at me out the window as she passed by. - trash everywhere - dog poop everywhere - Walmart shopping carts everywhere - neighbor’s car alarms going off all throughout the night - Walmart alarms going off all throughout the night Like I said, I rarely leave reviews, and I also understand that no apartment is going to be perfect - all places have their share of pros and cons. But this place is a nightmare. If you can afford to, spend the extra $ on rent somewhere else…I moved a few months ago and my life is 1000x better because of it.
