  Very average and poorly managed. If you want appliances or technology that half assed works. Or your neighbors guest trying to force open your front door. Walking out to constant overflowing trash. Or Maitnance worried about chalk on a side walk your money could be spent in far better places. Management is trash. They'll wait weeks before responding to your portal message or email. Spare your self and your hard earned money you wont regret it. A complaint with the BBB & FTC will be doled as well.

  Jocelynn Thank you for your patience and your professionalism, also your knowledge of the community, you made our tour a really good experience, we left inspired and ready to move in. Elux is a really nice place, we can't wait to go back.

  I came here today to come inquire about renting but I changed my mind after the threatening behavior I encountered with residents here. When we pulled in to the complex a white truck blocked us from entering. When we went around them not knowing what was going on they were throwing their arms out the windows asking us if we lived here and telling us to leave. The manner in which this was happening was aggressive and I do not understand what the issue was. Needless to say we left avoiding setting off those people further and will not be coming back. I tried to call the front office for support but it’s all AI now no one was able to help me.

  Elux @ McQueen is such a beautiful place to live in, it’s quiet, it’s spick and span.Indeed, Ms. Jocelyn is one in a million! From the tour of the property to move in, she was very professional and helpful every step of the way. This is surely a reflection of good leadership @ Elux. The whole team @ Elux is truly formidable!

  I am so happy I came to visit Elux at McQueen this week I was visiting a friend and had never been to the property but was helped out in the front office by Joslynne. Although I don’t live there I have talked with my family about looking into moving there and starting an application with Joslynne and the team. Thank you for a great experience.
