  I have tried to contact the leasing department on numerous occasions over the past few months (both over the phone and email) to ask some questions to help me decide if I want to move here. I have not been able to speak to a human. All I get is AI (I loathe AI). The AI refuses to send any email to an actual human, and when I call, the AI does transfer me, but the call immediately disconnects. If it is this difficult to talk to the leasing department as a potential renter, then how much more difficult will it be if I were currently a renter? Probably even worse. Tierra Pointe Apartments- ditch the AI!!!

  Oh my goodness, I just moved into my own apartment and I love it so much, Alyssa, destiny, and Mackenzie helped me so so much! I thought I wasn’t going to be able to move in for another month and then destiny saved the day!! I picked my keys up and moved right into my first home all on my own!! Terria point is so so pretty and quiet! If that’s what you’re looking for this is your place to go! Thank you!

  I absolutely loved my experience touring this apartment complex! Alyssa was fabulous! She was very detailed in explaining everything and she took the time with me to answer all of my questions. I felt like she really cares about the tenants. The apartment was nice very modern and I love all the amenities. And the staff all seem so nice. Alyssa definitely made this one of my top 5 choices!

  Toured Tierra Pointe recently and was really impressed. The property is clean and well kept, and Mackenzie, Alyssa, and Destiny were super friendly, helpful, and easy to talk to. They made the whole tour feel relaxed and addressed all my questions and concerns. Great team, great place. Still making a decision but I'm definitely leaning towards Tierra Pointe.
