Lupe, the maintenance supervisor, has always been very helpful and kind and will always stop to say hello when he’s out and about.

Lupe is the maintenance worker on site and he is absolutely wonderful. He always does his best and works promptly to fix any issue. If I could give him a rating alone it would be 10 star. Thank you Lupe for all you do!

- FLFirst LastJun 17, 20261.0I have tried to contact the leasing department on numerous occasions over the past few months (both over the phone and email) to ask some questions to help me decide if I want to move here. I have not been able to speak to a human. All I get is AI (I loathe AI). The AI refuses to send any email to an actual human, and when I call, the AI does transfer me, but the call immediately disconnects. If it is this difficult to talk to the leasing department as a potential renter, then how much more difficult will it be if I were currently a renter? Probably even worse. Tierra Pointe Apartments- ditch the AI!!!

I thought I wasn’t going to be able to move in for another month and then destiny saved the day!! I picked my keys up and moved right into my first home all on my own!! Terria point is so so pretty and quiet! If that’s what you’re looking for this is your place to go! Thank you!
