  Never again will we be using this company 4 months and still no renters never get a call back Update: Did you talk to the homeowner/my husband? Yeah he fired you too!! He picked up the keys yesterday and that's only because of the holiday and my anniversary. Got what I wanted. If you would like a company who plays games collecting app fees and never calling you back or doing anything hire rox rentals. It's a pitty also because we bought our house from coldwell reality for my birthday present horrible trying to play games with my relationship and blaming my kids for lost messages they don't answer my husband phone unless he asks them too If you want a reasonable agent and great company hire Norris Management.

  So today was my walk through with Susan and Karen, after being at my studio for a year and a half. I just want to thank them because when my a/c went out in June the temperature reached 119 degrees and they found a place for me to stay. They had to order the parts for the a/c and it was gonna take a few days before they were delivered. So I did not want to stay anywhere else other than my studio, and I went to Lowe's and purchased an a/c window unit. Needless to stay they reembursed me for the total cost of the a/c window unit. I had no problems at all they answered my calls and they we're attentive. The only reason I left is because I got a new job over an hour drive and the miles and gas we're adding up. I would recommend Susan and Karen... Thank you ladies for caring and making your tenants your priority! I will definitely be calling them when I purchase my new home!

  Do not use for property MGMT! I left to Nevada with theme in charge of placing a tennat in my home 1yr later there out I'm on my way back in the house is trashed by the animals they let in no pet policy and they had 2 to 3 dogs a cat and the house smells like each animal they had. Diana is the worst person to deal with rude and don't look into anything you show concern too I told her they had animals she said no just 1 it's a service dog these ppl couldn't afford a service dog a real service dog. Karen isn't much better so far hard to communicate with complains about me calling and showing concern over condition of my.house, mayb they should rent me there home see how they like it! Please look else where unless you know them personally I feel like they don't take care of you. STEER CLEAR IF YOU LIKE YOUR HOME TO BE CLEAN AND TAKEN CARE OF. I know they don't have control over tennat but they do screen and can follow up and they don't when questions arise they have a answer for everything so they don't have to leave there chair. My opinion only because that was my exp. Never met either one of them I started with Kelly shepard met her very nice polite young lady in shape didn't mind leaving the office, then she left it's hard to keep good people..either pay or attitudes will drive sum1 away. Look into other places tho seriously. If my outcome changes I'll update but I doubt it
