When we first moved in everything was okay, until the main lady at the time (Kimberly) had left, everything then took a turn. When we applied there was a “program” future residents could apply for to make the deposit lower which I’m assuming was fake because not until about 3 months ago was it randomly added onto residents rent, no notice was given to us what so ever, I had to go to the office and figure it out on my own, when I went to talk to the other ladies about it we were told they weren’t sure they had to look and make it seem like no big deal then expect payments in full. A lot of things are wrong with leases, so make sure when you apply you ask information about everything, it wasn’t our mistakes and yet we are being held accountable as if it was. Also parking here is a joke, we are told we are suppose to have stickers and no “reserved” parking but people that don’t have disabilities are still getting reserved parking here, I see people living on second and third floors with reserved spots so I highly doubt it’s a disability issue sounds more like favoring in my opinion. But the rest of us have to follow these strict “parking rules”. I also had an issue where my back door glass window just popped and shattered out of no where one day as I was cooking, if it was my fault I would take full accountability for it because I am not a liar. Mind you this happened on April 11th, with no update on a new door to this day. I have children so it sucks because in my opinion this is a hazard. The so called “maintenance man” here I feel is a complete joke, rude and disrespectful says things that are completely out of hand to residents swearing and all. We had seen a couple ants in our unit and put in a maintenance ticket about it and that wasn’t resolved until a month later, the air filters I’ve had to beg to get them changed even when they are completely disgusting, I shouldn’t have to keep going out of my way to buy air filters when there is suppose to be maintenance on those every so often. Back to the door situation when he came into our unit to look at it he told us to “just throw something at it and break the rest out, because a new door will just take some time.” I honestly have just been disappointed and unsatisfied with the way the place and employees have been. Sucks because they are very nice units and nice community in general just beware of everything else, make sure to read your entire lease and make sure everything looks correct even though that shouldn’t be our job a lot of mistakes happening here.
