  I’ve rented in many places but not like canopy I’m going through a lot of hardships from loosing me an my husband loosing our jobs our baby being sick my husband finding a new job we had given our notice to move maria knowing why she still wanted to keep us she heard me out I cried she recommended places that were hiring she helped us trust the compassion they offered us was beyond words Ashely also encouraged us and made sure we were ok she loves to hold my baby to give me a break I can’t say thank you enough I’ve never experienced an apt complex that genuinely treats me like a human and not a number canopy thank you

  For the past two years, my experience living at Canopy on Cottonwood has been a positive one. The community has been quiet, clean, and well maintained, making it a comfortable place to call home. The staff has been friendly, professional, and responsive whenever I’ve had questions or needed assistance. Maintenance requests have been handled in a timely manner, and I appreciate the effort the team puts into keeping the property looking nice. I have enjoyed the sense of community and have always felt safe and respected while living here. Overall, my time at Canopy on Cottonwood has been a great experience, and I am grateful for the positive environment they have provided over the past two years.   I’ve lived at Canopy for the past two years, and it’s been a great place to call home. The property is well maintained, the staff is always friendly and helpful, and the community has a welcoming atmosphere. I really enjoy the resident events they’re a great way to meet neighbors and bring everyone together. Whether it’s taking an evening walk around the community or just enjoying the peaceful environment, Canopy has been a wonderful place to live. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, safe, and friendly community.

  I’ve been part of the Canopy family for about two years now, and I can honestly say I love living here. The community events are always fun and give everyone a chance to connect, the neighborhood is perfect for peaceful late-night walks, and the neighbors are genuinely friendly and welcoming. The staff has always been helpful and professional, and it’s been a great place to call home. If you’re looking for a community that feels safe, welcoming, and well-maintained, I definitely recommend Canopy.

  I have lived here for a little over a year, and I re-signed for another 18 months. The community is safe, clean, and respectful. The amenities are 24 hours and make it all worth it! I love that it is pet friendly and every unit has a doggy door! Also maintenence requests for me have all been handled within hours of placing. Cannot recommend enough!
