  Canopy of cottonwood by Mark Taylor is definitely the number 1 place in casa grande! I've been here now for 7 months and I've gotta say,it's the best property in this town! The amenities here or superb The pool is amazing The gym is a full size gym with everything that you can need to work out! Each unit is amazing I have the two bedroom with the garage there's absolutely no complaints completely spacious and amazing finishes! I would love to tell you that if I had an issue they would fix it but I've absolutely had no issues here but nothing! The dog park is perfect! Maintenance step Make sure that the property is clean no trash anywhere! There's no sense in wasting your time going to any of the other properties like the bungalows or anything this place is top-notch they take care of you the office app is amazing Ashley is great Maria the manager is amazing! Like you said don't waste your time looking at any other property this is the best most beautiful property in Casa grande

  It was MOVIE NIGHT 😊😊, and everything was great. The movie was THE SANDLOT. We had refreshments, sno cones, and popcorn. We really enjoyed ourselves 😊😊😊. The management team was there. It was adequate seating for the attendance of residents who showed up. It was a PERFECT NIGHT💯💯

  I’ve had a great experience living in Canopy apartment community. The environment is clean, quiet, and well maintained, and the staff has always been professional, friendly, and responsive whenever I’ve needed assistance. Maintenance requests are handled promptly, and I appreciate how safe and comfortable the community feels. Overall, it’s been a wonderful place to live, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a quality apartment home.

  This place is very welcoming. When I first came here, I saw Julio Jr and Richard working very hard. They were also very welcoming and made sure to greet me as I walked in. If I could give more stars, I would.

  I’ve had a wonderful experience living at Cottonwood Casa Grande. The community is clean, well maintained, and feels safe and welcoming. What truly makes the difference is the amazing management team. Ashley and Maria have always been friendly, professional, and genuinely caring. They take the time to listen, respond promptly, and make residents feel valued. I truly appreciate all of their hard work and dedication. Thank you for making this such a great place to call home!
