  Raylene and Andrew are the most helpful and nicest staff!!! I had a rough initial experience, debating if this was the right apartment complex for me. However, Andrew and Raylene turned my perspective right around. Willing to help, understanding, and welcoming. Thank you both for a great experience so far.

  ive lived here for a few months now and I have never had any issues today I was some leaking issues with my dishwasher and I went to the office to let them know and they came out to fix it within 20 mins very sweet ladies in the front office and Great maintenance team!

  This place is DISGUSTING and management is a joke!! There is always trash piling out of the dumpsters and the grounds are always dirty with trash. They also don’t like when people post reviews on Facebook as they threatened one lady with their lawyer simply for posting a letter they sent to all residents regarding the fact that you can’t just walk into the office anymore, you need to make an appointment. Please, DO NOT MOVE HERE! I would recommend Bella Vista over this place ( and that’s saying ALOT). Run the opposite way, fast.

  Terrible place to live you wont know until you live there and then they will not be available at all for your needs trashy new apartments management is the worst

  When my AC unit went out the maintenance guy came out with no problem to resolve the issue and my concern with making sure I had air flowing through my apartment
