The Reserve at Westpark is beautiful. It has its flaws, like the pool being down constantly, the loose dogs everywhere, the maintenance work not being completed, some residents getting notices to bring their trashcan in the garage (Eww🤢) or dragging them through the rocks and bushes to put them behind your gate. It is loud and disgusting. The quarterly inspections do become a lot when you are given a timeframe of 2-3days that they can come and have to take off work for days to accommodate. The homes do have some issues, like floor boards not fully connecting to the walls/baseboards, screens being bent, HVAC's are really loud and abrupt when they turn off, lots and lots of cars on the streets when they have fully open driveways. Payment plan options are available for rent, but only for 3 uses a lease term. Some people would rather pay the late fees and handle rent that way since it means they still get their money, but the office staff made it clear this is not ok. The staff have three main employees, Victoria, Skylar, and another lady whom I have seen once. I agree with other posters that they can come off as harsh and brash, but I think thats more just how people interpret their personalities. I do not think they try to be rude, just people go in with a mindset and when they dont always hear "ok" or agreement with their requests, the residents misread their answers for rude, disrespectful behavior. They have bosses like the rest of us.
Overall, the community has its flaws, but it has its pros as well. Beautiful area, I dont see a lot of trash outside, the parks are maintained, the monthly events, the community newsletters, etc are a great touch. Give them a chance. They make changes based off feedback, so maybe provide them issues you have and see how they can help.
P.S. We dont have a Gym or a Hottub, which would be massive perks for the future.
