The front desk receptionist lacks empathy and has laughed during difficult situations with tenants. Communication is nonexistent as phone calls go unanswered, and essential paperwork is consistently delayed. Avoid renting here."

However, after I moved in, the office never followed through or provided support. The bird problem has now gotten much worse, and the office is refusing to assist. Based on my experience, I would not recommend moving here due to the lack of support and honesty from the staff.
