Recientemente nos robaron el vehículo de nuestro estacionamiento asignado y pagado, lo que nos hizo sentir completamente inseguros dentro del complejo. Es preocupante que ocurran este tipo de situaciones en un lugar donde se supone que los residentes deben sentirse protegidos. Además, la administración y el personal de seguridad son extremadamente estrictos con los residentes. No permiten disfrutar tranquilamente de las áreas comunes y aplican reglas y multas con mucha severidad, mientras que los problemas realmente importantes, como la seguridad, no parecen recibir la misma atención. La comunicación con la administración también deja mucho que desear. En general, mi experiencia ha sido muy negativa y no recomendaría este complejo a personas que buscan tranquilidad, seguridad y un buen trato por parte de la administración.
