  Our experience throughout the build process was truly excellent! Our Construction Manager, Roby Callahan, went above and beyond in every aspect of the journey. He consistently kept Jeff and me informed on progress and timelines, which made it easy for us to plan ahead for our outdoor projects after closing. Roby’s communication, professionalism, and attention to detail really set him apart. He was always available, incredibly responsive, and proactive in making sure we understood each step of the process. Jeff, who works in the construction industry and has built several homes in Minnesota, had many detailed questions along the way. Roby was extremely knowledgeable and patient, taking the time to thoroughly answer every question and even meeting us on-site to walk through specific features. His passion for his work and commitment to quality truly showed, and he made us feel confident and excited throughout the build. He is a tremendous asset to Del Webb/Pulte, and his dedication made our homebuilding experience exceptional. We are so grateful for his hard work and support. Thank you for our beautiful home!   Upon deciding to down-size, we developed a list of considerations that would play into our ultimate selection. We looked at many 55+ developments and found Sun City Festival presented the best choices in terms of location, amenities, affordability, quality and residential options. The construction and sales staff impressed us with their concern for our satisfaction, their friendliness and willingness to go the extra distance to ensure that our needs and desires were met.

  The team at Del Webb kept us fully informed from before the purchase and it still ongoing since we got our keys. The construction manager has stayed on top of everything. Everyone we've met has been friendly and helpful. A great experience!

  From 'SOUP TO NUTS' you can count on Del Webb (Pulte) to do it all and not skip a beat! The homes are carefully constructed with attention to detail. The neighborhood is gorgeous, clean and always expanding. There is so much to do here, you only do nothing if you choose to. Plus, what can I say about being far enough away to feel like you're at a resort while being only 15 minutes away from normal day to day civilization! Sure, it's about an hour away from major city amenities, but that's what road trips are for. You won't be disappointed in this community. Best move I've made!
