- JOJ OreoAug 15, 20261.0Home purchased in November 2025 and since then they've had to repair plumbing that was causing a water leak + mold . Yesterday we seen the ac emergency line dripping and call an emergency ac company to check it out. The dam thing was installed incorrectly! The air handler is not properly positioned and is tilted away from the primary drain connection.The bedroom duct connection is located on top of the supply plenum near the blower motor, which limits airflow and contributes to inadequate cooling in that bedroom. Do your research get an inspection! This house is a dam lemon!
