  Living at Ironwood Homes at River Run has felt like a suburban retreat, with my three-bedroom detached home offering hardwood flooring, nine-foot ceilings, and a chef-worthy kitchen with granite countertops and shaker-style cabinets. I love having my own attached two-car garage and a private side yard where I can spend time outside with my dog. The community amenities make everyday life feel resort-like, from relaxing by the pool and spa to working out in the fitness center or cooking up something great at the outdoor kitchen. Living in a gated community with a playground nearby gives me real peace of mind. Being just minutes from shopping, dining, schools, and major highways makes this one of the most convenient spots I've ever called home.

  I had the opportunity to tour this community, and I was very impressed. The manager was extremely kind, helpful, and knowledgeable. She made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The townhomes were beautiful, clean, and well-kept. Thank you for such a pleasant experience I truly enjoyed the tour and would highly recommend this community to anyone searching for a new home.

  We had such a smooth and positive experience with Ironwood Homes at River Run. From the very beginning, the process felt welcoming, professional, and stress free. Caitlin and Isela were both absolutely wonderful to work with. They were kind, patient, informative, and truly made us feel valued throughout the process. You can tell they genuinely care about helping families find the right home and community. We’re so excited and looking forward to visiting the community in person and hopefully making this our new home. Thank you both again for such an amazing experience so far!
