  Had a great experience touring the place with Caitlin Nelson! Super friendly and very welcoming answered all of our questions and showed us around, would definitely see myself calling this place home soon.

  The management is fine but the neighbors are inconsiderate about blasting music at the pool many nights out of the week. If you live here I would NOT recommend to get a unit by the pool (way too loud)

  Living at Ironwood Homes at River Run has felt like a suburban retreat, with my three-bedroom detached home offering hardwood flooring, nine-foot ceilings, and a chef-worthy kitchen with granite countertops and shaker-style cabinets. I love having my own attached two-car garage and a private side yard where I can spend time outside with my dog. The community amenities make everyday life feel resort-like, from relaxing by the pool and spa to working out in the fitness center or cooking up something great at the outdoor kitchen. Living in a gated community with a playground nearby gives me real peace of mind. Being just minutes from shopping, dining, schools, and major highways makes this one of the most convenient spots I've ever called home.

  I had the opportunity to tour this community, and I was very impressed. The manager was extremely kind, helpful, and knowledgeable. She made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The townhomes were beautiful, clean, and well-kept. Thank you for such a pleasant experience I truly enjoyed the tour and would highly recommend this community to anyone searching for a new home.
