It is a quiet place to live, ideal if you have little ones at home. The properties feature a small, rustic-style patio—perfect for those who enjoy spending time in their own outdoor space.
I was super excited to move into my first apartment ever, but since day 1 my expectations became a nightmare. My first night there was horrible; smoke stench from previous tenants was pungent throughout the entire building, no matter what we used to try to get rid of it, that smoke smell still lingered. Since day 1 there were several spiders and bugs inside and outside the apartment. I contacted management numerous times about the pest issue and only was handled once. Even after a “pest control” service the entire apartment was infested with all kinds of spiders. I tried all sorts of remedies to keep the spiders out, but nothing worked. The neighbors would abandon there vehicles in the uncovered areas, making it difficult to even have any guests over. Smaller pool had a few cockroaches floating around. Management had a terrible attitude each time I contacted them, and sometimes they wouldn’t even be present to answer my concerns. If you’re looking for your home, definitely steer away from this complex, not worth it at all.

Avoid at all costs. After doing copious amounts of research I settled on this property. I loved that they had back yard areas! I have now been here for six months and have regretted my decision. The property is swarming with insects. And not just the occasional mosquito or fly, the gnats and spiders are outrageous (see the pictures- the brown are spider webs) . The property went without being landscaped for three months( see pictures, the back yard had grass that went to seed) causing significant overgrowth, to the point where you could no longer walk on the sidewalks. It was brought up to management no less than 10 times, and still it persisted. The local management is a joke. They don’t live at the property, therefore they do not care how the property looks. Nor did they seem to care about the concerns of the folks that live here. They also control the message board and refused to post negative feedback, And rather choose To respond privately via messages.
Upon Move in, The unit was dirty. There were stains on the floor from the previous tenant, the cabinets had been painted over in the wrong shade so they don’t match, The floor had holes in it and large ding marks from the cheap linoleum, and the door had a ding in it so bad the paint is missing. Not only that, but they do not Maintenance the artificial turf. It smell smells like pee, even after being cleaned and hosed down with a pressure washer.
I have regretted my decision to move here every day for the last six months. Do yourself a favor and avoid at all costs.
Was a good complex ,until the new management took over. Constant alerts of break-ins on their community wall/message board, happens day or night even though it's a gated community. Management does nothing, rarely are there in office. Complex is only less than 5 years old If you ever have any issues with appliances it takes weeks or more than a month for it to be fixed or resolved. Termites, rodents are a problem, almost every unit has rodent traps outside. More focused on their image than the community itself.
