  I work from home and it’s pretty quiet during the day and evenings. No issues during the overnights. Landscape is kept up monthly and both property managers have always been available for questions. Very little need for maintenance, and they have come by twice to change the air filters. I’ve been here 6 months. I very much enjoy living here!

  Great place, well kept up with the landscapers doing an awesome job. The Ladies up front are always super nice to me and always helpful if I have any questions. The pool always looks great and the gym has very nice machines.

  PLEASE do not move in. Rosa Nelly Gomez and Perla Valenzuela are running the most expensive slum in Apache Junction. There are leaks in the drip irrigation: the plantlife is either overgrown (getting in the way of walkpaths) or dead, and there are permanent water puddles everywhere. The walls of my apartment are white, but they were touched-up with a light grey paint which makes the walls look trashy (the flat paint they use on the walls gets dirty quickly and cannot be cleaned with a wet cloth, it will just make things look even worse). Tenants are always smoking in the pool area as well despite how many other families with children live here, though the pool rarely looks good enough to swim in anyway. That doesn't stop most other tenants, but they may not even notice with all the alcohol they're consuming in the pool area. Homeless people sometimes sneak into the pool area and use the pool bathrooms (I suspect this is why the pool bathrooms were closed for weeks!). The front office is frequently closed/locked, even during posted office hours and without any warning posted on the front door. Perla could be replaced with AI (it would make stuff up much less often), and you can't get anything out of Nelly.

  **** BEWARE **** This place is an absolute SCAM. They are the most RUDE AND UNETHICAL STAFF members you could encounter. The iconic woman who seems to be running these scams is named, Perla. In one month, this woman has already told at least four lies. Haven't even moved into the facility yet due to Perla changing MOVE-IN dates, times, and deposit fees. The day before move-in, Perla said she made an $1178 deposit error on top of the other deposit fee. She also mentions that the previous tenant did not move out on time, which caused the apartment not to be ready. She never once reached out and notified anyone that there was a delay in the move-in date, when legal papers were signed. Perla then goes on to say that not only does she need more money for the deposit but now you can't even move in because the apartment needs a plumber, and they can't get one out until next Monday. Wow! All of this after days of work was taken off to move, a trailer was rented, and now there's no place to live even though they chose not to get the previous tenants out on time to flip the apartment and make sure it was clean, and livable for the next tenants. Imagine all the people who come from out of state to live here and this is what they would encounter. So when you’re signing a legal document about a move-in time and date, apparently that does not mean anything with this company they do not abide by it. After Perla was confronted about this type of suspicious behavior, she hung up and won't speak to you, even though she will take money for the deposits, but didn't care to mention the extra hassles that were this company's fault. Once pointed out their mistakes, she would not admit to anything wrong. Maybe if they stuck to their contracts, they would have their ducks in a row. Not even knowing the correct date for a new tenant shows their lack of accountability and competence. If this company causes problems for people when it comes to living in their facility before you even move in, it's a scam. I WOULD highly ADVISE YOU LOOK ELSEWHERE. She is very rude and unprofessional and the fact that she has had this many complaints about her and she is still working here treating people this way, is very disturbing and a full investigation needs to be done on her and this business. When you ask for a manager, I was told she’s unavailable to speak to me even though today’s the day of move-in but a manager, and nobody is qualified there today to help a tenant who was supposed to move in today. Pretty odd behavior. I’m honestly very glad that I got to see exactly how this place is before moving in here because now I know that this place is a complete scam, and there would not be this many negative reviews telling others and warning them if these people were not doing something that is extremely unethical. I will be contacting the BBB and a few other companies that would be glad to look into the complaints and possibly scams going on here. Asking to have an investigation done here as well. Treating people this disgusting and comes with consequences and just because they seem to bully many people does not make it right.
