  Would not recommend. Did walk through before getting lease. Pointed out items wrong, not working as should. Management said we do a deep cleaning and maintenance will fix the items. Get keys walk in nothing was done wasn't even cleaned. Mold in shower, water damage, bathroom still had personal items under sink and in medication cabinet. Stove dirty Told Management "ill put in work order" also told her about it showing an additional $800 security deposit due when the lease clearly shows only a $1000 deposit her response "oh that will clear once everything gets processed". Umm I gave you all the money so it should be processed all at once not have a balance which we all know will be put on the bill and then be hit with a late fee and then have to fight and prove everything. Main manager just sits in her office not once has she said anything no hello , good bye nothing like people dont exist. Being the main manager you should introduce yourself to every tenet and not ignore people.

  DO NOT BELIEVE THE FAKE 5 STAR REVIEWS (Convenient that they suddenly had all those 5 star reviews 3 months ago): I truly do not know how this place has not faced legal repercussions or police involvement. They are THAT bad. They blatantly ignore the law. I have never met a more two faced or dishonest management in my life. I don’t understand how Perla and Tanya can get name dropped SO many times in the reviews and still work here. The only reason that makes sense is that this company does not care and upper management is just as shady as these two ladies. It’s genuinely such a joke. I don’t know why they bother answering the phone or having a “contact us” message option on their website. They never get back to you no matter how big or small the question. I do not know what they do all day because they have never once managed to get back to us over any issue since we’ve lived here the past year. We have also Been overcharged for rent multiple times (but apparently only upper management can handle that and all we can do is wait around for this mysterious power to finally get around to it) ALL of our sink faucets are installed wrong and just flow onto the counters None of the toilet paper holders will hold a full roll. We have to wait till we’re halfway through a roll till it will fit. Maintenance is impossible to get to your apt!!! they don’t seem to be able to keep a full maintenance staff ever because they keep hiring temp workers. I imagine they keep quitting because of how horribly run this place is. They have zero pest control. Over all it’s a nightmare of a place that looks pretty on the surface. Don’t be fooled by their friendly tone over the phone. The second you sign and become a tenant they turn off the charm and do nothing to help you. All they do is scam you

  If you’ve ever dreamed of having roommates you didn’t invite, this is the place for you! The rats will happily move and nest into your backyard, leave little “gifts” everywhere, and stick around your entire lease and the next tenant’s too- honestly, more loyal than most boyfriends and or girlfriends. 🐀✨

  i lived here 2023-2024 and only had a one year contract. definitely a lot going on with tenants and how they choose to maintain their properties. the whole complex had a horrible rat problem. the hot tub and pool were always green and not able to be used. my biggest problem was the way the office, tonya specifically, disregarded my incident where a dog hopped a back gate and tried to attack my dog. i called the office after getting my dog to safety, and she said she would help get the loose dog back home. i was told the dog was removed from the property, yet it hopped the gate a second time and tried to attack again! i love dogs, but this community will not reprimand those who leave their aggressive dogs out unattended. at move out, i didn’t get any of my deposit back. i called and questioned the itemized bill i requested, and later on got my full deposit back… this apartment complex is very scandalous. i wouldn’t move here. a lot of bugs!

  There’s new management but it’s all the same. Office is barely around, I’ve never gotten a voicemail returned and can only get responses if I’m lucky enough they pickup when I call. A bit infuriating when by chance the office is actually open you go inside and see them at the desk all day. Even during the tour the employee wasn’t even interested in actually selling the location and only told us to keep looking online for availability rather than taking initiative. I recommend to be sure you have ALL info when speaking with them because multiple times im given an answer from them without the full details. It is a hassle to live here to work with this office, it’s almost a job itself.
