  Our construction manager Walter Crumpler was amazing throughout the entire build process and truly went above and beyond. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and responsive during the entire build process. He was attentive and dedicated in addressing any concerns we had. We would strongly recommend any community with Walt as the building manager because he earned our trust by being honest and accommodating throughout the building process. We appreciated his transparency and reliability. He is truly the BEST. He is what makes Pulte houses as good as they can be. Morten is also amazing! He helped us dream the house, put it in action and Walt created and perfected it. Morten was very knowledgeable and helpful with every question we had and helped us find the perfect home that we were looking for. We wouldn’t have been able to have such an amazing home if it wasn’t for Walt and Morten and we are so excited to start creating family memories in our new home. Highly recommend! <3

  House is great, sales of course was a great experience…. Then the fun begins. mortgage was a train wreck. Misplaced documents, delayed closing. I’ve built multiple new homes and never experience anything quite like it. Warranty , also a mess. Good luck getting anyone to call you back! Our GAS LINES weren’t even hooked up! They aren’t concerned. Been trying to get someone out for 11 days, no response. Good luck.

  We just closed and moved into our new home, and the process with Pulte was fantastic. I will say, if you're planning on building here, you should hope to get Walt Crumpler as your construction manager. Great team, we couldn't be happier!

  The team at Pulte and PGP Title were very easy to work with and patient throughout the difficult process of buying a home. The home features and attractive financing made our dream of moving to Arizona a reality. Keep up the good work Pulte!

  Putle delivered our home faster than expected. The floor plan and design of the home is something we can be proud or. Morton in sales, and Walt with the construction team kept us informed throughout the entire process.
