  I do not recommend living here. I’ve been here for 8 months, and it’s been the worst experience of my life. There have been 5 or 6 managers at this property; the current one is rude and unprofessional, and the maintenance staff are racist and unprofessional. The apartments are old and full of pests inside. The pool is disgusting—they let the water turn green and rot; when I asked why they didn't cover it, they said it was too expensive and they were just going to clean the existing water. Plus, the rent here is insane—$2,000 for a 3-bedroom unit. And don't get me started on Casey Bittick the current manager; she is a terrible person. She came to my home and yelled at my children—who are all minors—accusing them of something false when they were actually at school. Don't come live here; this place is a piece of crap and it stinks.

  Went here for a tour. Unfortunately didn't get this place because it didn't fit my needs. But just wanted to commend on Casey, she was nice and friendly!

  Sycamore Heights is a fantastic spot. The staff is consistently professional, and the area is well-maintained and quiet. It’s easily one of the best-managed properties in the neighborhood!
