  We are absolutely pleased with our year we were with Hillcrest. Wes is the absolute best landlord anyone could ask for. When we first moved in he left us a little goodie bag with some house essentials and some kitty treats and a toy for our fur baby which was super sweet! He made us feel so welcome and helped us with absolutely anything we needed whether it was over the phone, email, or we when we would just walk down to the office he was always there to make our experience the best. Really the only downside would have to be is I do wish there was more amenities for the price you pay here such as a pool or bigger playgrounds coming from someone who has kids. I would’ve loved a linen closet or two in the home for some extra storage and our driveway was super steep which made it very difficult especially in the winter as there is no snow removal provided. Those reasons are not deal breakers and I would love to recommend this place to anyone. The only reason me and my family had to leave was because rent was a bit pricey to accommodate our family needs. Overall, this place is absolutely beautiful and kept super clean. Wes, you do an excellent job and we couldn’t be more grateful. Thank you for this wonderful experience.

  I just signed my renewal at Hillcrest, and I’m so excited to continue calling this place home! The location is wonderful, close to everything I need, and the community has been a great fit for me. Happy to be staying another year!

  We love living at Hillcrest! Wes and Jaymi are amazing and like a second family to us. Wes always has fun treats at the office for my daughter and dog. Jaymi always helps me when I have an issue with anything in the home or around the neighborhood. The place is quiet and large enough for my family. Our neighbors are amazing and I can't recommend Hillcrest enough!
