Welcome to Black Oak Apartments. We are located off of 71B across from furniture row. Our amenities includes central heat and air conditioning, carpet throughout and all appliances such as refrigerator, dishwasher, and garbage disposal. Efficiency apartments have a washer and dryer in the rental units, townhomes have washer and dryer hookups only, and studio apartments have access to a laundry facility in our community. Private porches and balconies are in select units. We have tight security to ensure residents feel safe. We offer 6 and 12 month leases.
