  Very homey leasing office friendly staff and cool features to the complex. With a pool along with what im guessing is a gym, it offers a great experience for about everyone.

  Recently moved in a couple of months ago, but the experience has surpassed my expectations. Jessica was extremely helpful throughout the whole process and was extremely patient and understanding during every step. I love this complex I’d like a hidden gem. It’s close enough to everything, but it’s also tucked away. I highly recommend this property.

  I have truly enjoyed living at this apartment complex. The manager is amazing, professional, caring, and always willing to help whenever needed. The maintenance team is also excellent—they respond quickly and make sure any issues are taken care of in a timely manner. One of the things I love most is how peaceful and quiet the community is. It feels safe, welcoming, and comfortable. From the moment I moved in, I felt right at home. The staff genuinely care about the residents, and it shows in the way they manage and maintain the property. I highly recommend this apartment complex to anyone looking for a peaceful place to live with great management and dependable maintenance.

  I have enjoy living at The Retreat of Sherwood. The community is quiet, well-maintained, and conveniently located near shopping, restaurants, and schools. The office staff has always been professional, friendly, and helpful whenever I have had questions or needed assistance. Maintenance requests are handled in a timely manner, and the grounds are kept clean and attractive. I appreciate the sense of community and the effort management puts into making residents feel welcome.   I’ve really enjoyed living here. The maintenance team has always been quick to respond when I’ve had an issue, and they’re great about keeping residents updated on what’s going on. They communicate well, explain things clearly, and come up with good solutions instead of just temporary fixes. Everyone has been friendly and professional, and it’s nice knowing that if something needs attention, it will be taken care of. I appreciate all the hard work the maintenance staff puts in to keep the property running smoothly!
