  Being that there are separate parts to the whole experience, I want to distinguish them separately. Joel Jones, my sales representative did a fantastic job and I had no problems with how he helped me through the whole process. However, there were a couple of issues with other aspects which brought the experience below a five star review. The biggest issue was that I ordered the Crockett model unit and included an optional sliding glass door with that order. However, when the unit was delivered to the lot in Searcy, it did not have that door. The people at Searcy called the factory and they were told that the unit was no longer being built with the sliding glass door option. It seems that the factory never bothered to communicate that to their sales offices. The Searcy office did do the stand up thing and had a sliding glass door installed after delivery at their expense. But that took a while to complete. The only other issue I had was a minor roof leak that took a couple of attempts at remediation before it was resolved. Overall, I'm quite pleased with what I've gotten minus those issues. If anyone is looking to purchase this kind of home, Clayton Homes is probably who you want to purchase from.

  For the price of these homes you would expect them to be responsible for finishing out the cabinets!!! Havent even moved into our home yet and already disappointed. When speaking to them we were told that one of their employees is able to finish them out if we hire him directly. So..... you want me to pay you even more for a job that should have already been covered!?! Ridiculous

  We stopped in because we were interested in a specific home that was on the lot. Larry Ditto was the perfect salesman. He was professional, friendly and knowledgeable. He even followed through with sending us the specs and information that we needed. I would absolutely recommend that you speak with Larry if you are interested in a mobile home.

  I had an amazing experience with Clayton Mobile Homes of Searcy, and my salesperson Kristina was absolutely incredible! From the very beginning, she was friendly, patient, and truly cared about helping me find the perfect home. Kristina took the time to answer every question, explain all my options, and made the entire process feel easy and stress-free. She was never pushy—just honest, knowledgeable, and always willing to go the extra mile to make sure i felt confident in my decision. The quality of the homes is outstanding, and the customer service i received made it even better. If you’re looking for a new home, I highly recommend asking for Kristina or Joel at Clayton Mobile Homes of Searcy—you won’t be disappointed! I couldn’t be happier with my experience!
