- APAmy PSep 9, 20261.0Last year, I scheduled a tour online, called the office to confirm it, and even went to the office in person. No one answered my calls or opened the door. I decided to give them another chance this year and scheduled a tour for this past Friday at 1 PM. I called beforehand and was told the tour was confirmed. She did mention that she wasn’t sure whether the office would be open because of Labor Day weekend, but I was never contacted to let me know that the office would be closed. We showed up at 1 PM and, once again, no one answered the door. I left a voicemail that same Friday asking them to contact me so we could reschedule. It is now Wednesday, and I still have not received a call back or any communication…. I was excited to rent this place, but I’ve tried too many times to get in contact just to be ignored.

The apartments are modern and spacious, and the amenities are excellent. The management team is friendly, professional, and always quick to help whenever needed. The location is also very convenient, with easy access to shopping, restaurants, and everything Rogers has to offer. I highly recommend this community to anyone looking for a comfortable place to call home.
