  Rachel Hogue is the absolute best! We just closed on our home today, and she has made the whole process as stress-free as she possibly could! We've been trying to make this all happen for a long while now, and when we came back in after a couple years she remembered us and treated us like family.

  Terrible service for my parents. Paid a lot of money for garbage for them to say they arent responsible for the quality of groundwater for a well that they put in? Told my parents to put their own filter after they connected unsafe water to a mobile home they purchased. Awful business practices and no communication with customers. Their brand new bathtub and toilets are RUINED from the water they say they arent responsible for the quality for. You hooked up raw, muddy, unfiltered well water into their brand new appliances for them to degrade and ruin without letting your customer know beforehand. Let me tell you they wont be responsible for any quality of anything. Not to mention they started the whole loan on the premise there would be city water because your plumber was wrong and argued with me on my own property. Reported them several places. Stay far away from Clayton Homes

  I recently put a holding payment down here Clayton Homes with Rachel for a home and my experience was positive overall. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and willing to answer my questions throughout the process. They made the home-buying experience much less stressful by keeping me informed and helping me understand each step. The quality of the home has met my expectations, and I appreciate the attention to detail in the design and layout. Any questions or minor issues I had after moving in were addressed professionally and in a timely manner. Overall, I would recommend Clayton Homes to anyone looking for an affordable, well-built home with a team that provides good customer service. My experience was smooth, and I'm happy with my purchase.
