  The only thing beneficial about this complex is the location. The property is on its second owner, the turnover for property “management” and staff is alarming, the ability for the property to communicate is non existent. Staff sends the same email every 2-3 months about “please pick up after your pets and we are a non smoking community” however they can’t see their own fault's. Half the parking lot lights are out at night, the pool went from year round to green sludge for 8 months out of the year, the dog park is rocks and dirt and the quality of the apartments are poor and it’s obvious that the construction was given to the cheapest builders. The first year was the best year, but has taken a sharp decline ever since, it makes things obvious why they invested in more “now leasing” signage. We will be finding a new place to call home at the end of our lease.

  It is the owners responsibility to shovel ice and snow to make it reasonably safe for the tenants. After a week of zero clearing, any falls on this property is the sole responsibility of Pure Lowell. I recommend noone to rent here $1600/month for them to not care a single lick about the tenants look elsewhere..

  The manager is rude and disrespectful she has no respect for anyone one of the tenants called her the other night because they got locked out with a 10 month old it took her forever to get there and when she got there she was rude the first thing she said was I’m not here to wait

  My fiance and I are moving to Arkansas as I start my new career as a Psychologist in my final year of training for my Ph.D. program. We needed to find a place to live and fast! We were struggling to find a place that would be affordable, comfortable to live in, as well as that would take our pet bearded dragon! Pure Lowell had everything that we are looking for and more! It is also important to mention that Ravion (the person who assisted us getting a lease with the apartment complex), was absolutely amazing throughout the entire process. She is very kind, open to questions, fast to respond, and knowledgable about everything and anything that we needed help with. Ravion has done an amazing job through and through and I want to be sure credit is given where it is due. Thank you so much Ravion! We look forward to living there in the next few months.

  Just got the keys and excited to move in! Ravion is the best, she is super nice and helpful! Great location off the highway but still super quiet. Also brand new!
