  I hope someone sees this review because the leasing staff here is so rude. I have had multiple instances in the almost 2 years I have been here that I'm at the point of just breaking my lease. Save yourself the grief and just go somewhere where else where the quality of build is better.

  The only thing beneficial about this complex is the location. The property is on its second owner, the turnover for property “management” and staff is alarming, the ability for the property to communicate is non existent. Staff sends the same email every 2-3 months about “please pick up after your pets and we are a non smoking community” however they can’t see their own fault's. Half the parking lot lights are out at night, the pool went from year round to green sludge for 8 months out of the year, the dog park is rocks and dirt and the quality of the apartments are poor and it’s obvious that the construction was given to the cheapest builders. The first year was the best year, but has taken a sharp decline ever since, it makes things obvious why they invested in more “now leasing” signage. We will be finding a new place to call home at the end of our lease.

  It is the owners responsibility to shovel ice and snow to make it reasonably safe for the tenants. After a week of zero clearing, any falls on this property is the sole responsibility of Pure Lowell. I recommend noone to rent here $1600/month for them to not care a single lick about the tenants look elsewhere..

  Lady on the tour was awesome and very helpful. Told us everything we needed and showed us the exact room we applied for. Nice inside of each building. I like the way the exterior looks. I love the big windows in the living rooms. The bedrooms are big. Walk in closets are freaking amazing. Can’t wait to live here

  These brand new apartments are very nice. We were actually the first residents to move in. The property managers are super friendly and helpful as well. My only complaint is the parking situation. If you are trying to move in or out, depending on which building it is, you better hope there is available parking or you will have to move heavy boxes and furniture all the way across to the parking lot. Came across that issue over the weekend. Not fun.
