We asked a ton of questions and took a lot of his time, and his patience never wavered. Our first interaction was with Kevin on the phone. He asked what models we were interested in and quickly emailed quotes that included delivery and set-up (turn-key prices) including the upgrade options that way we were better informed before our site visit. Although, feel free to drop-in as you will be greeted with the same customer care. Kevin takes the time to explain options and was the only home consultant out of all the ones we had spoken with (at different retailers) that even let us know about the LP Smart Siding option over traditional vinyl siding. Knowing and understanding different options is key when making informed decisions! We highly recommend Kevin at Clayton Homes of Lowell, Arkansas!

They will give you a 1 year warranty, but you’ll only see the repair man once every 6 months until you fall out of warranty and they inform you they can’t cover you anymore! They no longer have any reliable service people! They fired the only guy that was worth any salt!
