  Highly recommend Brian Wood from Clayton homes of Lowell! I can’t say enough good things about everyone in that office too! They are amazing people, and will take care of you! Brian went to the furthest extent a person could go to help us get our dream home! From start to finish Brian worked hard for us, and made sure that things went smoothly, and things were done correctly as well as on time! Brian isn’t just your average sales guy, he isn’t just there for a pay check, he truely enjoys working with family’s, and making their dreams come true! He was there for us after business hours too! Brian and Patrick the general manager of this location are fantastic amazing people, he advocated for us when things got tough, and was there for us through the whole process! Need land but don’t have a Relator? he can fix you up on that end too with the best of the best! Seriously can’t thank Brian and his team enough for everything they’ve done for us! AND, we got the best house warming gifts from them, we got a brand new TV, custom made cutting board, and real leather key chain! So, if you’re looking to buy your dream home, contact Clayton homes of Lowell and ask for Brian Wood he’ll get you fixed up! 10/10 recommend!

  Stopped in this morning to get a price list, which they don't have. The salesman brought up a home on a computer screen, and proceeded to scroll through the images. I don't know why we didn't walk out and look at the home directly. When I told him I have a certificate of eligibility from the USDA, he proceeds to argue with me that the "USDA doesn't loan money", and wanted to know who my bank was that was going to finance the home. I told him, this isn't a typical backed USDA loan, it's a 502 Direct home loan. But again he says, I've been doing this for forty years, and the USDA doesn't loan money to buy a house, and that I would still need to find a source of financing. I walked out after that and will NEVER step back on that property. I believe his name was Paul.

  Working with Clayton Homes of Lowell has been a wonderful experience. Paul Bonifazi helped us through the purchasing process and we ended up with a home that we absolutely love. Since the home was delivered, Kelly Hudson has been amazing at taking care of the post install items. She is fast, efficient and very professional. I have been shocked by how quickly she gets things taken care of. My wife and I have been very happy with our Clayton Homes experience. Big kudos to the Lowell team!
