  Lea Millsap was very kind, she answered every question, has the most incredible personality as well!!! Jasmine was very nice too. We had normal conversation and she also answered my questions very well. Would recommend both if you need anything!!!!

  I lived here for 2 years. Realistically this place is fine and when I say fine I mean the bare minimum legal definition of fine. When I first moved in rent was 700$ upon the ending of my first year I resigned the lease and rent rose 300$, to of course 0 benefit to the property While living here the amenities were CONSTANTLY being shut down to get "worked on". They would go several weeks with a closed gym due to "maintenance" nothing was different after they re-opened, including the disgusting, never stocked bathrooms. The tenants leave their dog poop all over the property so do not walk on the grass anywhere, OR the sidewalk because there is poop there too. Maintenance takes forever to respond. The doors open outwards so when it snows you are locked into your breezeway because the complex will not clear your doorways. The front office also for some reason refused to give a letter of rental recommendation when I was trying to move out, simply stating "we don't do those" Probably the deepest qualm I had was when I was charged 160$ to take a boot off my car after parking slightly over the extremely faded lines. It was cash or apple pay only so I had to walk to an ATM to pay them. Albeit I did get a refund eventually it was not a smooth process. Once again I will say this place is FINE, if you are a family looking for an overpriced apartment in a terrible location then Im sure you will find something to enjoy about this place. The walls are sturdy yet thin, the neighbors love each other loudly into the early morning and the children walk in the middle of the street.

  I have truly enjoyed my experience at The Waters at Chenal Apartments. The staff is professional, friendly, and always willing to help whenever I have questions or need assistance. Maintenance requests are handled quickly, and the property is well-maintained and clean. Lea was the person i worked with throughout my application process && she was great !!! 🙏🏽❤️

  We just moved into The Waters at Chenal and have loved it so far! The apartment was very clean when we moved in, which was a huge relief during the chaos of moving. Any minor issues we noticed were taken care of right away. The maintenance team came out quickly and were super helpful and so kind. I also want to give a big thank you to Jaikyera, Jasmin, and Lea in the front office. They have all been so kind and helpful throughout the whole process. I had about 100 questions (probably more 😅), and they were always patient, answered everything, and made moving in so much easier. We really love our new home!
