  I looked at plenty of complexes before deciding on Stonebridge. Only 25-30 minutes from my job. The staff to me has always been very helpful and always has an answer to my questions. On move in day I noticed that the shower head was missing and the kitchen sink had a leak on the back side of it. In my moving in a saw the maintenance man and within a day all issues were fixed. In my bathroom I noticed that water was running within the walls, likely from a running toilet upstairs that nobody had reported. I went to the front office to get a parking pass and mentioned the issue to them and within a day that issue was fixed. If you want to know about a place just drive around at night and so far I have not heard anything while standing outside. Overall I would recommend this complex. Thank you to Kierra for staying on me about upcoming units and handling everything I have brought to her attention with grace and professionalism.

  I have been living here for more than 4.5 years now and I would recommend everyone to stay away from this management. They charge almost equal if not more rent compared to other apartment options nearby and the services they provide is absolutely trash. It feels like you have walked into 1990s game room and fitness center. Management does not care about anything. Maintenance service guys are quick and very nice and that’s the only good thing here. Office staff is absolutely waste of resources. They are never helpful with anything. Ladies in office staff have no knowledge on lease terms and conditions and I always got the same answer from them “you will have to check with management”. Feels like I am talking to a robot. They act as if they do a lot of work but somehow every request take 2-3 months if I talk to them, also they are so dumb that they never reply back to any form of official communication. I believe it’s better for the upper management to hire 1-2 smart highly paid office staff, compared to having these 4-5 dumb ones. I have known a lot of people around me leaving this apartment because of office staff not able to solve issues. Hope the management takes this seriously.

  Jessica has always been incredibly helpful whenever I’ve come into the office. The entire office staff is friendly, welcoming, and always greets you with a smile. I genuinely love living here!

  I’ve lived here for over a year, and unfortunately my experience has been very disappointing. The walls are extremely thin.. I can hear my neighbors walking, dropping things, yelling, and even when they drain their bathtub. Privacy and noise control are basically nonexistent. Maintenance and overall quality have also been major issues since moving in. The dishwasher was not hooked up properly when we moved in, bathroom drawers fell apart from simply opening them, and the tub coating has gradually peeled off, leaving the tub looking dirty and worn despite regular cleaning. The shower head was also installed incorrectly and leaks water from the pipe. Most concerning is ongoing water leakage. In the video I’ve provided, you can clearly see water pouring down into the common walkway area, which raises concerns about safety, water damage, and lack of proper repairs. Additionally, the mailboxes are broken and unsecured. Every time I check my mail, my mailbox is already wide open and cannot be locked back. The entire mailbox unit can easily be accessed, exposing residents’ personal mail. Mail security is a basic legal and safety expectation, and this lack of secure mailboxes is extremely concerning. For the amount paid in rent, I expected much better construction quality, upkeep, and attention to maintenance issues. I hope management takes these concerns seriously and makes necessary improvements.
