  Website said they offer 1-13 months terms. They do not. Also - roaches. And dirty. Went to see the unit... The front desk / leasing agent girl was incredibly unprofessional. When I asked about pests and complaints she hesitated and didn't answer if there were any complaints "Well we can't promise anything of the sorts." When I asked about short term lease she told me "we can do month to month but only after you complete a 3 months term" And when I asked about the price of 3 months term she told me, and I'm not even joking FIVE THOUSAND DOLLARS and some change.... WHAT THE .... ????? Are you joking? I asked, she confirmed. It is their price apparnetly. misleading. unprofessional. awful tour experience. Awful pricing. SAW DEAD COCKROACHES IN THE UNIT!

  It was okay at first.. Management has changed 3 times in the past 3 years since I’ve been here. I currently pay $1399 not including electricity for one bed room apartment that is listed for $1084. This place is a rip off and every time management changed I had to resign a lease agreement last minute for longer than my original one was for and the price is literally always changing. Front desk staff is not welcoming or helpful at all, very poor people skills & extremely irritating to talk. I wouldn’t recommend!

  Nice location and thats about it. At night roaches come out in these apartments. They are definitely not worth what they charge. With roaches, these apartments should accept housing.

  I’m extremely disappointed with my experience living in this brand-new apartment. Since the first week I moved in, I’ve been dealing with a persistent roach problem. Pest control has come out and attempted to treat the issue, but unfortunately, the problem has not improved. I’m still seeing and killing multiple roaches regularly, which is very upsetting, especially in a new apartment. Another major issue is the parking situation. There are very few parking spaces available, and if you get off work late, you’ll be lucky to find a parking spot for the night. For the amount residents pay to live here, I expected much better conditions and amenities. I had high expectations moving into a brand-new apartment, but so far, my experience has been disappointing.

  I had a great experience touring the apartment. From the moment I arrived, she was professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable. She took the time to answer all of my questions, explained everything clearly, and never made me feel rushed or pressured. The apartment was clean and exactly as described, and they did an excellent job pointing out the features and amenities. Their communication was outstanding, and they made the entire process smooth and enjoyable. If you’re looking for someone who is professional, honest, and genuinely cares about helping you find the right place, I highly recommend Dee! Thank you for making the apartment tour such a positive experience! I look forward to moving in and being part of the community! Thanks again Dee!!
