  I had a great experience touring the apartment. From the moment I arrived, she was professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable. She took the time to answer all of my questions, explained everything clearly, and never made me feel rushed or pressured. The apartment was clean and exactly as described, and they did an excellent job pointing out the features and amenities. Their communication was outstanding, and they made the entire process smooth and enjoyable. If you’re looking for someone who is professional, honest, and genuinely cares about helping you find the right place, I highly recommend Dee! Thank you for making the apartment tour such a positive experience! I look forward to moving in and being part of the community! Thanks again Dee!!

  We signed a 13-month lease and were excited to move to Little Rock and upgrade from our previous apartment. Unfortunately, our experience did not live up to the expectations set by the property’s “luxury apartment” branding and pricing. One of our biggest concerns was the renewal process. We received a renewal offer of approximately $1,550 per month, but after deciding not to renew, we saw the exact same apartment listed for $1,323. This was frustrating and made us feel like current residents were not being valued. Communication from management was consistently poor throughout our lease. The pool did not open until nearly two weeks after Memorial Day, and while delays can happen, there was no communication or updates provided to residents. Additionally, there are multiple phone numbers listed on the website, and whenever I called, no one answered. In general, management was difficult to reach and rarely responsive to tenant concerns. The amenities were also disappointing. The clubhouse was frequently locked or closed earlier than expected, and the pool closed at 8:00 p.m. while the clubhouse often remained open until 9:00 p.m., which seemed inconsistent and inconvenient. We also had an issue with maintenance regarding the carpet. While vacuuming, a perfectly square patch of carpet came loose. It was clearly a previous repair, yet management attempted to blame the damage on our pets and stated that we would be responsible for the cost. The area where the patch came up was not accessible to our pets, and the square shape strongly suggested it was an existing issue from a previous tenant. During the snowstorm this past winter, little was done to address the icy conditions in the parking lot. The lot remained covered in ice for over a week, creating unsafe conditions for residents. Overall, the property was not maintained to the standard we expected, especially considering the premium pricing. While the apartments may be marketed as luxury living, our experience did not reflect that level of service, communication, or upkeep.

  Have lived here for about 3 years. Many of the amenities are either outdated or not working/in rough condition. The outdoor grills are nasty and one of them is busted. Two out of three of the treadmills in the gym have been out of service for several weeks. It’s now June (has been 90° the past several days) and the pool is still closed, prior to a couple weeks ago it was full of green swamp water (a lovely view to look out to from my patio!) and the white pergolas in the pool area are coated in bird poop and dirt (also a lovely view to look out to). There’s constantly trash in the building breezeways that sit untouched for weeks. And there is always piles of dog poop scattered around the grounds (despite there being doggy bag stations available). I moved in here under the impression it would be “luxury living” but to be very blunt, it hasn’t been anywhere close to that. There seems to be no initiative from management to make things better or to update the grounds. Rent keeps going up every year, and still nothing has changed around the complex to justify that.. no new amentities, nothing being updated/replaced, just pure inflation. I love living here due to the prime location, but hoping management pulls it together soon on all else.

  Management is very lazy with little to no care for tenants. They’re literally just there for a check. They don’t give any heads up about changes within the complex that will affect us. No issues are resolved in a timely manner. I had an issue when I first moved in that’s still not fixed, even after several updates about it. They are lazy and they do not care about any issues you have going on regarding McKenzie Park. They would prefer you not reach out to them at all seems like. Would not recommend.
