  The staff here is awesome. They are very friendly, helpful, and always interact with residents. Kaelon always helping and resolves work very quickly. Since Dee has been here I’ve seen great improvement. She goes above and beyond to make sure the residents are satisfied.

  Visiting family, love the location and access to walking and biking trails. Not being in a busy area and hearing the sounds of nature yet so close to the city is fabulous. However their maintenance and upkeep of the grounds and recreational areas leaves a lot to be desired. Starting as soon as you arrive with poor landscaping and a non functioning fountain. The mulch looks a few years old and washed away, the pool was dirty, pool furniture is mildewed and ripped, the stairwells are all covered in bugs and webs. I was quite excited about the cabanas but the furniture is dirty and multiple awnings are ripped. It’s the type of place that looks like it was absolutely amazing and luxurious at first but not much upkeep since and afraid aesthetically the complex is going to go downhill fast if they down start making necessary repairs and upkeep. And I’m not even sure why there is a swim up bar, I never saw any type of activity happening. I would do 2.5 stars but not an option.

  Dee was a wonderful tour. Everything was explained perfectly and made the experience worth moving into my apartment.
