  My experience at Chenal Pointe at the Divide was extremely stressful. The staff was very friendly before I signed my lease, but their attitude changed afterward. I dealt with repeated issues like 3 inspection the first week i moved in, a sticker on my vehical window for parking, piles of dog hair and unclean enviroment even in the oven and dishwasher. My daughter and I were being watched by a male staff member who lived in the same building. after I left a review, and felt the treatment became retaliatory. I also had an extremely loud upstairs neighbor. I had to call the emergency staff and eventually the police, but I did not feel the complex did anything about it. After I moved out, they claimed I owed a balance. I tried to communicate with management and get the charges explained, but they stopped responding and the account was sent to collections instead. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this complex. Document everything and keep every email.

  I have been here a year now and absolutely love it!! The office staff is amazing. Maintenance staff is amazing. The grounds are beautiful and well maintained. Residents are respectful, quiet, and friendly. The location is perfect. I love to hike and Pinnacle Mountain is literally in the "backyard"! Safety was a deciding factor on choosing an apartment complex for me and I really do not think I could feel anymore secure than I do here. It really is a hidden gem where the city meets the country! 😊

  My stay here was an amazing experience. The apartments are very spacious and beautiful. The team here really cares about their residents.

  My husband and I have lived here for almost 3 years now and it has been nothing short of a great experience! The office is very attentive to the residents and their safety. Brittney is especially great! She makes it feel like home. No matter where you run into her on the property she is there to greet you with the warmest smile and her laugh is contagious! She goes out of her way to keep things running smoothly!

  The entire team at Chenal Pointe at The Divide is absolutely amazing! Both the leasing staff and the property manager are polite, professional, and genuinely listen to your needs. Highly recommend!
