  DO NOT APPLY TO these apartments unless you know you ABSOLUTELY know for sure you’ll be approved! The total was 290$ I was denied and got zero refunded !! I wasn’t exactly sure what the fees were. I thought the fees were to temporary hold the apartment something like a security deposit but no, it’s just an administration fee that they use to run a background check. I don’t know what background check in the United States that cost $290. Ripp OFF!!!

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I want to give a huge shoutout to CJ and Jacob from the maintenance team! They have both been incredibly helpful, professional, and respectful every time I’ve needed assistance. They respond quickly, communicate well, and genuinely take the time to make sure everything is taken care of properly. It’s reassuring to know that when something needs attention, I can count on CJ and Jacob to handle it. They are a great representation of the apartment community, and their hard work and customer service definitely deserve recognition. Thank you both for everything you do! 👏🏽

  I opened a service request and CJ and Jacob came by soon after. They are so knowledgeable and personable. What a great team they make which makes my home great!

  Jacob’s been great. He has replaced and fixed multiple things for us on the day of requesting the fix. Definitely a million dollar employee!
