- KKKayAug 3, 20261.0I would not recommend living here. The neighbors are frequently very loud, and pet waste is often left around the property, making the grounds unpleasant. There also seem to be ongoing issues with the water, which at times come out with a brown or greenish tint. In addition, maintenance requests take far too long to be addressed, and repairs are often delayed. Another significant concern is the apartment's lack of basic features. There are no ceiling lights or ceiling fans in the living rooms or bedrooms. As a result, the rooms have very little lighting unless you purchase your own lamps, and there is minimal air circulation, making the living spaces uncomfortable

My brother lives in the handicapped unit and there were times when he needed extra help with his apartment and they have always taken great care of him in a timely manner. Unfortunately, my brother is moving to Assisted Living and we will miss the good folks at Brightwater as it has become a home for him. Thanks, Jeff Powell.

I’ll be moving to the Little Rock area and had to drive 2 hours so this is extremely unprofessional, frustrating, and has sadly turned me away from applying. However, the maintenance manager was walking by and tried his best to help me so I truly appreciated him!
