  Do not move to these apartments. 5/24/2023 multiple residents receive letters stating they owe 6,000 to 10,000 in rent. They have yet to find a solution for the tenants, and want the tenants to do their investigations. They cashed our money orders and did not apply them to our rent for months but want the tenants to pay them AGAIN. Kara and staff are very rude! They are being exposed on KARK NEWS. Jenna is the new manager she is rude & unprofessional well! Run from this place! The grass hasn’t been cut in weeks, we are sharing a maintenance man with three other apartment complexes! The pictures they post is not how these apartments look in person

  I’ve been living here for over 2 years. Every year has gotten better living here. This complex is one of the best because it’s quiet, small, and clean. Everyone stays to themselves and everything (Walmart, restaurants, gas stations, and etc.) is a 10 min drive from you. Ms. Shae is so nice and caring. I been locked out my apartment twice this year and she has always made her way back to the complex just to let me back in. I love her.

  Dollar store treats stealing from the job is not cool so if all the snacks gone it’s the staff not the tenants since she hiding food.

  We toured these apartments and they are very beautiful!! Lawana Lee was so nice and helpful. She was very knowledgeable and allowed us to come back again last minute to ask questions and to show us another unit we were looking at!
