  Terrible rental experience, Two years of dealing with dirty stairwells, trash everywhere, Constant smell of marijuana coming through your vents and in the stairwells. Most of the time no one is available in the office or if they are, they don’t answer the phone. Parking is terrible, Even though you pay for a covered spot And are supposed to have two spots available they never are. Most tenants have more than the allowed or reported number of residents living or staying in their apartment which causes the parking issue. The security gates are rarely closed probably because most of the time they do not work. Towards the end of the two years, it began to feel very unsafe for our daughter to live there alone. The rent is Competitive, but the add-ons for their amenities which are not great and all of their other charges are terrible. Your electric bill will be higher in a 900 ft. One bedroom apartment, then it would be in an actual home. Definitely do not expect to get any of your deposit back even if you leave the apartment better than the way you found it. They have changed management several times during the course of two years, but it Has never improved. I’m sure this is a corporate issue but good luck talking to anyone in corporate. I would definitely find out who is managing it and avoid any complexes that they manage.

  I recently toured these apartments with Amy, she was super nice but from reading previous reviews I don’t think this is the place for me. It had a lot of expensive fees, one of the leasing agents acted like she didn’t want to be bothered with me, breezeways definitely do need to be cleaned and apartments look out dated and not as clean as they should be.

  Me and my roommate have lived at Arlo for a year now and just signed another year with them. Could not be happier with our home. The office staff is always pleasant to work with and on top of any problems/maintenance that may come up.
