They are the worst people in the world They lied to me and my family, they told us we got approved for one house and kept showing us this one house over and over and over and when we finally went to try to get everything settled to try to get this house, then they were like, oh no, this is not the one you were approved for you were approved for this uglier. House is what they said. They were very rude

Clayton made homebuyer easy and understandable. Christopher Neely was an awesome salesman and you should stop in and let him put you in a home he can get it done.

We recently purchased a home at Clayton Homes in Fort Smith. Chris Neely was our salesman and he was great. He was so genuine and helpful along the way. Chris and the whole team at Clayton were top notch professionals and we would recommend anyone looking for a beautiful mobile home to start here!

In April my husband and I went to Clayton homes in Fort Smith we were greeted by Shelby! She showed us a few different homes and we found one that we absolutely loved! We started the process in April and no fault of Clayton Homes the loan process was a little rocky. (10/10 dont recommend Triad for lending)! Shelby worked so hard on getting us in our home! She was quick on answering questions or just being there in general when I was wanting to give up! We finally got the full thing approved and ready to go in July. Again was because of a lender, not Clayton Homes. Shelby stood with us and didnt give up and worked so hard on our case! I can never thank her enough for all that she did! Now my family is sitting in a beautiful new home feeling so content and excited to finally be in our house! The crews that came out were quick and all very kind. Thank you again Shelby!

We worked with Shelby through a year long process. She was amazing and very patient with us. We never felt like she was trying to “sell” us on anything we didn’t need/want. The owner, Kirk was also willing to work with us and able to help us navigate a price that we were comfortable with. Our experience at Fort Smith Clayton Homes was long and at moments stressful but this team is 10/10 and my husband and I couldn’t be happier.
