  I bought the Tyra 2 Beautiful home we started paperwork in February 2026 got to move in July 2026 is a little bit long process but it was the way we decided to do it that made the process long. Our salesman was Marcus. He’s a great guy to talk with very understanding always gets back with you if you don’t Hear from him If you had any questions, he would answer it best to his knowledge. Their team is very professional. Their designer was amazing. No issues with them as the dealer. only issues we run into was the manufacturer for forgetting stuff that was requested in the Home. That or had damage from lack of professionalism The thing that got us recently was our first water leak underneath the kitchen sink caused by fitting that was never tightened. I checked all the other sinks and some were loose as well. And then trim pieces not lined up or door is not sealing properly. One of the windows is not sealed properly, and you could see moisture, forming on the corner of a window on the wall. A couple of the bedroom has hotspots from lack of insulation. it’s all small things that I know and I hope we’ll get fixed, but That’s about it for the manufacturer. The trim out guy he did miss a couple things, but nothing for us to worry about If I could write him, I’d give him a five out of five stars For the contractors putting the house together and the Land work, I’ll give four stars The work was professional, but there was some things I had issues with when they were doing the Land work they left a pile of concrete. Not a big issue, but was just a little frustrating. The other thing the runners didn’t look level, which I don’t know if that would be an issue. There is a spot in the floor in the living room, where you could feel a lag bolt where they drilled through the sub floor to bring the two half’s together. But with everything if I did it again, I’d still buy from them even with the small issues because it’s just small issues and and I loved working with them

  We just purchased our new home from this dealership today. I’m so excited to get it delivered and set up. Our salesperson was Trevor & he was very knowledgeable, not pushy & helped us find the home that checked all of our boxes without trying to oversell us outside of our budget. They have a great selection of homes. We went to several dealerships before we decided on our home and Luv’s had the best selection. We appreciated their prices reflecting everything without having a lot of extra hidden fees like delivery and setup. That was a common practice we observed and were thankful Luv’s didn’t operate like that. Give them a chance to earn your business. 10/10 would shop here again!

  We went to Luv homes in Bryant in August 2024 and met Marcus Sutherland. We were his first official customers and he was very excited to help us buy our first home. The entire process took a year due to set backs on our side, but Marcus remained focused and eager to help us any way that he could. I called, texted and emailed anytime I had a random question or concern and he always responded quickly. Marcus Sutherland 10/10 recommend

  Jimmy in sales was great. The after sale care leaves a lot to be desired. I call, text no response. Then when I get a response I’m told they can’t help or “ let me check in to that and I’ll get back with you” and I never get a call back. Very frustrating trying to get help after the sale. I had workers come out to fix my front. It wasn’t fixed , when I finally got someone to call me back he said they can’t do anything since they were already out for my door. It’s not my fault they didn’t fix it right. Now I have a door that will only stay closed when it’s locked Not happy with service people
