  As a vendor partner with Gatmarket, I’ve had a great experience working with Tawni. She’s been professional, communicative, and genuinely supportive of local businesses. Having our company listed on their website and featured in the lobby has been a great opportunity, and it’s clear they take pride in creating a high-end experience for both residents and partners.   Came out to a welcome event and met with the property manager. The atmosphere was very inviting and the manager on site was friendly and informative for all of my various questions. Beautiful location!

  I had a great experience working with Tawni at G at Market. She was professional, knowledgeable, and made the entire process of viewing the property smooth and easy. Tawni took the time to answer all my questions and made me feel comfortable throughout the tour. The property itself is in a fantastic location in downtown Bentonville, just a short walk from the square, Walmart home office, and 8th Street Market. The community offers luxury living with modern finishes, and the staff was welcoming and helpful. Overall, it was a very positive experience, and I would highly recommend both Tawni and G at Market to anyone looking for a quality place to live.

  Tawni, the new Property Manager, is extremely friendly and helpful! She is very knowledgeable and makes everything as smooth as possible when navigating the application process and relocating to the Bentonville area! The property itself is very nice and modern and located in a 10/10 area.
