  I’ve been staying here since 2023 & when I tell you I have enjoyed my stay. The Leasing agents Mrs. Luann Barron & Rolanda Bush are amazing. They have helped me so much through out the years and any time I need a maintenance request fulfilled Ron Huggins was always there to help and assist me. He was almost like security making sure me and my daughter was safe. I’m leaving because I purchased a home and even the leaving process was handled with so much care. 100/100 highly recommend staying here. They are truly like family. 🤍

  The apartment staff is very professional, if you need anything they will help you. The location is wonderful because it's right in the middle of everything and you don't even have to travel far. The apartments are very spacious.

  Loved staying here for the year I did, would recommend it to anyone needing an affordable apartment. The management team and maintenance crew are great! I wish I could give them more than five stars for running the complex as efficiently as they do. Had arrangements for moving out of state, otherwise I’d still be here! Who ever is over the management team, give them a raise

  I give 3 stars solely on the basis of how wonderful the team that run the complex are. They are extremely helpful and so nice and understanding of any maintenance issue we have had. In saying that the complex is OLD I'd say 1980's ish. All the appliances are out dated and being on the second floor is a nightmare to get cool with such an OLD AC unit. Bless the Management Team running the complex! I assume the owners are just unwilling to invest any money back into the property? Other than sweating ourselves to sleep at night in an 80°+ apartment and going to work in the heat outside all day everything else is going ok. So my 3 stars are for the management team here in the trenches trying to keep the old complex alive and occupied. Hopefully the owners will give them the ability to take care of some of the antique AC units and other appliances soon!
