  DODGE THIS BULLET. Went to apartment complex because they refused to give my daughter her 200 dollar deposit back. This is income based. Apartment was not ready to move in because they still hadn't replaced the carpet. Could not give a date when apartment would be ready. Asked for deposit back because read the reviews. Cyndi the large black woman that was working there said that she had to mail the check. She lied and had no intention of returning my daughter's money. I asked her to do the right thing and she said that her regional manager said not to mail it back. I then asked her if she had 200 dollars to just throw away because my daughter doesn't. She responded with a snarkey " Yes I do." Well my response to that is...If you have 200 dollars to throw away then consider buying a more flattering outfit. The circus tent dress wasn't flattering at all. Also be more professional. Not a good look putting your fake vacuum brush eyelashes on in the parking lot in ur car. Renters beware this place ripped my kid off. HEADS UP. I had to edit this review just to see if I get response. I tried calling the number u left in response and left messages. No one has called me back. BIG SHOCK!!! LIKE I SAID IF ANYONE IS READING THIS...DO URSELF A FAVOR DON'T RENT HERE. THEY STILL OWE MONEY FOR A DEPOSIT. NEVER EVEN MOVED IN. DO THE RIGHT THING. KARMA

  Do not move here. Management is completely missing when it comes to basic maintenance, leaving me with no running water for an entire week and forcing me to live for nearly a month without working AC in the Alabama heat. To make matters worse, they constantly mess with rent metrics, pile on unauthorized fees and invalid late fees, and have actively blocked my access to the resident app so I can't even view my own payment history or billing ledger. They are targeting tenants with predatory billing while completely neglecting severe health and safety hazards. Absolutely unacceptable.

  Honestly way overpaying for the rent here keep looking elsewhere!!! when I have addressed the problems in our unit and yet only gets worse my floor is holding water from the ac leaking, which is causing damage inside and outside the walls, the walls are peeling and cracking open the door to the room attached next to it , was messed up due to water on the floor and the door touches the floor yk. Our bathrooms have mold on ceilings and when I had told her the man came and all he did was paint over it and bleach it but it keeps reappearing!! The patio wall is molded out very bad still yet had to be looked at even told the woman up front MULTIPLE times. And ROACHES are terrible roaches everywhere they DO NOT GO AWAY. I’ve been here for abt 4years now and been dealing with this for 2 now but have the nerve to want to raise the rent ?!
