  My wife and I lived here for three years. We enjoyed the well maintained amenities, quick and responsive maintenance team, and very spacious three-bedroom apartment. Location was nice and quiet since it was further away from the main roads. The price for the three-bedroom has gone up a lot since we first leased, I'm not sure we would lease again at the current price. Special shout-out to the leasing office, they were always the great. Randi especially was very helpful whenever we had any questions or needed assistance! She's the best!

  Worse apartment ever they don’t care they just want your money they are old and outdated. Your apartment will look nothing like the one they show you during the tour. Please Please save yourself the headache and just go to century homeplace apartments it’s 2 minutes away you will not regret it!!!!!!!! Shortly after leaving the review I received a call from them saying I never lived there. Strange because how did they get my number if I never lived there 🤔.Shows how much they lie.

  I am writing to formally document and report the extremely unsafe, unsanitary, and unacceptable living conditions I experienced at this residence. I strongly advise DO NOT STAY AT THIS PROPERTY due to the following severe issues: 1. Active Pest Infestation • Termites, flying ants, and various bugs were present throughout the unit. • Insects were visibly coming from the walls and spreading across the living space. • The infestation was continuous and created an environment that was completely uninhabitable. 2. Serious Health and Safety Risk While caring for a toddler, I observed flying insects around the child’s mouth and face. Shortly after, the child became extremely uncomfortable and had to be rushed to the Children’s Hospital in Birmingham, Alabama, due to a seizure. This incident occurred during the height of the infestation and created a serious medical emergency. 3. Negligent Management and Maintenance • Office staff demonstrated poor professionalism and failed to address repeated concerns. • Maintenance personnel were unresponsive and ineffective. • At no point did the management take appropriate action to protect residents’ health or safety. 4. Unacceptable Living Standards I have never lived in a residence so overwhelmed with pests that it felt like the corporate headquarters for ants and termites. The conditions were worse than visiting a zoo; at least there, one knows what to expect. No resident should ever be subjected to such conditions inside their home. This situation posed a direct threat to human health, particularly to a small child. No family, tenant, or visitor should be exposed to such hazardous conditions. I am prepared to escalate this matter to housing authorities, corporate leadership, public health agencies, and legal counsel if necessary. I HAVE PHOTOS AND VIDEOS FOR PROOF

  First, I would like to say First Impressions are Key, and may I say the first impression I had at The Park Apartments was a 10 out of 10! I initially called on Friday and someone by the name of Randi answered. She was informative, sweet, and wasted no time in having me come do a tour! My boyfriend and I came in to do a tour with Ms.Randi and her spirit remained the same. She greeted me with a hug only moms provide, and was so pleasant on our first interaction. My boyfriend and I have been looking for a place that truly fits us. Somewhere that feels personable, safe, accommodating, and provides luxury! As we toured with Ms. Randi she answered every single question we had (which were a lot LOL). She was patient, she didn’t brush off any of our concerns, and she was so so sweet. She is a human symbol of what great customer service, and business looks like. If I wasn’t sold before I walked in, I am now. I can not wait to continue to move forward with this complex. I’m truly so excited!!!
