  I lived in the complex for 3 years and definitely would recommend this place. My grandmother lived here before me, and I’ve even recommended it to a friend and they both loved it. Staff is very sweet and caring. The complex is very comfortable, has good amenities, and was very safe. In the 3 years I lived there I never had any concerns. They even have a laundry mat on sight if you have not moved in with a washer and dryer. Maintenance worker Joe is very attentive to his job and will follow up on work he has done. He was the only maintenance worker for a majority of my stay there and was always as quick as he could be to get work done if you needed anything. I would still live there had I not had to move for work.

  Consider carefully before choosing to live at SW. “Luxury” living it was NOT. We dealt with frequent plumbing issues and flooding (4 times). Furthermore, upon the first walk-through, dead roaches were found everywhere. The maintenance people don’t repair anything. The dishwasher, which was full of water and never worked, was also a problem. Maintenance was called but never came.

  My son moved here and was on bottom floor had a older lady lived up stairs and she had a medical condition that the apartment staff shared with my son after he moved in so not even a month he tired to move because he did not feel at peace there . They told us they just needed 30 day notice which he gave but they made him pay two months rent and did not even live there until they decided to put someone in the apartment which was the only one bedroom open so I feel like they took advantage of him because he was young and did not want to mess his credit up. He did a check off list when he moved in and they did not fix any of the items the property landscaping was not in good shape walking the dogs at night was a trip hazard and you should see how the trash dumpster looked everyday I have pictures and it a mess. I do not recommend this apartment complex!!
