If something is wrong they actually fix it the right way. The leasing office and staff are all nice and respectful. I’ve stayed at other apartments in prattville and I can honestly say this is the best one hands down.
- SKsharon knippJul 1, 20231.0This is my second time living here. When I first moved in it was awesome. But they changed owners and I can’t wait until my lease is up. I thought I was going to be here for a long time. Everything is about money. If you think you are a person here you are sadly mistaken. You are a dollar bill. They treat this place like it is in a big city. The “reward “ program does not fit the area. One resident’s alarm system was going off for more than 30 minutes. No one showed up. Not the police not the fire department not even the apartment complex. It’s like having a fake camera but telling you it’s real and using cameras as a selling point. I put in a work order because I had no A/C. I’m a 76 year old widow who lives alone. I put the order in at 11:30 and it was fixed at 3:00. That’s 3 1/2 hours to get it fixed. The temperature in my apartment was 77 degrees. The water here leaves stains in the toilets, sinks and tubs that are impossible to clean. The pipes rattle when someone walks around upstairs and when the air is on. Certainly not worth the price. Oh and the Bilt Rewards you get for paying your rent are ridiculous. They include things like 40% off British Airways, a book about International Dressing, and win a styling session with a celebrity stylist. WHO in PRATTVILLE Alabama is going to be able to use stuff like that? WE AREN’T IN NEW YORK CITY!!!!!
