The company’s online leasing portal leaves A LOT to be desired while setting things up. Lucky for me the staff at the complex was always quick to help. We are so happy with this complex. They keep it very nice and the apartment is perfect for what my son needed. I would highly recommend this place.

Management and the staff go out of their way to ensure the neighborhood is always fun, incredibly safe, spotlessly clean, and truly enjoyable for all the residents. A huge highlight for us recently was Resident Appreciation Week. They made it so special, not just for the people living here, but for our pets too! Today they totally spoiled my Shih Tzu, Roscoe. He was so excited to receive brand-new toys and plenty of extra treats to snack on. It’s rare to find an apartment community that cares this much about both its human and furry residents. I couldn't be happier to call Century HomePlace home!
