The houses are very nice, and whenever we’ve had an issue, the owners have always been helpful and quick to assist. The common areas are great, and our kids absolutely love them! We highly recommend it for families.

Management and the staff go out of their way to ensure the neighborhood is always fun, incredibly safe, spotlessly clean, and truly enjoyable for all the residents. A huge highlight for us recently was Resident Appreciation Week. They made it so special, not just for the people living here, but for our pets too! Today they totally spoiled my Shih Tzu, Roscoe. He was so excited to receive brand-new toys and plenty of extra treats to snack on. It’s rare to find an apartment community that cares this much about both its human and furry residents. I couldn't be happier to call Century HomePlace home!
