I just moved from another state and with the help of my daughter working right along side of Ariana, the transition was seamless. Ariana answered all questions promptly and clearly and I appreciate that more than she knows. The apartment is clean and very well maintained. I've been here for 5 days and feel right at home. Thank you Ariana and Post Ridge Apartments!

I absolutely recommend these apartments. I just moved in and have been here a month. I can start off by saying that I absolutely adore the staff. Carmen and Ariana are precious. They are professional and sweet as they can be. There were a few minor things that maintenance had to take care of, and they were all over it immediately! I love the set up of this apartment, however, on the downside, it is a little outdated, but it evens out because they have a nice kitchen sprayer faucet, appliances, great flooring, and nice ceiling fans. With a little imagination, I made it my own. In addition, I would like to add that it is a very quiet complex and the neighbors are great.

RENTAL SCAM!!!! They are scamming people out of admin fees. They scam a lot of people out of admin fees and not approving them for the apartment. This is the worst experience ever with an apartment complex. First they charged you $145 to do an application not knowing if you will get the apartment and it’s non refundable. They took my money and didn’t approve me twice. I fix the credit and they still didn’t give me an apartment. That’s $290 they took and didn’t approve me. I have related this issue to bbb (business bureau) to let them know of this issue. Why charge that amount of money with the option of not being approved.

They need 45$ money orders . I guess cause of COVID they are broke lol so if you don’t have a 700 credit score don’t waist your time . Instead of waving the fee & telling you what they require they take the money & wait until a day ( 24h) to say no .
