  They have a Unprofessional Management Team Lying to Steal a Handicap Man's Deposit and requesting that I pay an additional $725.00 for moving out because they were violating my Rights as well as not fulfilling the Accomodations I asked for many times and changeing the date from when I requested them to accommodate me everything they do or say is a LIE. Honestly Charging me $100 for putting tape over all the Recording Devices on every blind on every single window they provided in the apartment with motion detectors as well with Destroyed tiles on floor and a ceiling fan and light that has dried up grease I Cleaned off for 2 Hour's and a half by myself because the lying never ends with them thankfully I didn't fall off a bench as I used my arm with Cane and wall to clean it up for my dear life as I am a Clean and neatly ordered Man so I expect my Living space to be as well. With a Bathroom that has the Tiles painted White as well as the Tub painted as well to look clean but it was disgusting as the paint began to chip away. A Stove and Oven that was so disgusting that I never used as I purchased a counter top plug in stove. It seemed as if the apartment was never cleaned and they claimed that they was working on it still so it wasn't ready on the 1st of the month instead it was good after the 15th of the Month April 18th to be exact. I proved it to them and they acted as if I was Lying and said the blind was built like that Unbelievable how People are treated now. They know all information about you and your Company that is heard so I requested to move out this is just a few things I have much more but NO functioning Light poles to see where your walking to and from the Parking area and Apartment in those corner Apartments as I walk with a Cane I also asked for a clear lane to parking area yet I ended up walking in the grass managing to get Myself to the Parking area Safely and Cautiously GOD Forbid I Fall and Injury Myself more than I already am or a Venomous Snake bites me since you can't see anything. I have over a handful of Surgeries on multiple Joints and locations as well as a lower back removal of a Disk. I have a total of 8 Surgeries in 3 Year's. This is why I am leaving a Review since I'm still being harassed for more Money. I do not wish for NO ONE else to be Violated like I was. I have pictures and videos of this all and they did not return my deposit and sending me more collections for them violating my Rights I have all the proof to show how Negative they are as management teamm. I met a very few People there that are Nice and understanding of my situation.

  If you are looking for a place to stay, look elsewhere. I regret letting my father-in-law stay there. I don’t know who in their right mind would give this place 5 stars smh.

  Kanisha is such a great employee. She answered all my questions accordingly, even the dumb ones. This place has such great staff!

  Ka’Nisha was amazing!! She helped us move in with no problems! I would recommend going to see her to get you your apartment! Also excellent at breaking things down for you to understand.
