Beautiful place to live and always taken great care of by maintenance. Shoutout to Chris Lance for taking supreme care of my unit and ensuring everything is running and functioning in tip top shape. Replaced my filter early, cleared my condensation line on my AC, all in the span of 15 min. Probably took 30 min from phone call to the front, to him leaving with the service completed. Outstanding.

Canopy Park apartments was recommended to me after a family member of mine stayed for a year or so. The whole team in Pelham was fantastic! Madison and Melissa were very helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. They made my move seamless and stress-free. Not even a week’s notice and I was able to move state to state and get situated. The apartment complex is beautiful and well maintained. Would highly recommend!

The elevator never works! We only took the 4th floor because there was an elevator. I had ankle surgery am non weight bearing for six weeks due to torn ligaments. I can not even get to my apartment half the time when I leave now. After surgey they said the "elevator company" was fixing it the day I had surgery I have still been stranded two days since. I can't stay in my apartment the whole 6 weeks as things like today I had doctors appointments. I have always lived in apartments with elevators and never in one that could not keep the elevator functional until now!
