  I’ve had such a great experience living in this community! Melissa, Corneshia, and Karis truly provide top-notch customer service, they are always professional, helpful, and go above and beyond to make residents feel valued. The community itself is amazing. It’s clean, well-maintained, and I absolutely love that it is smoke-free it really makes a difference in the overall environment. The amenities are enjoyable and always kept in great condition. The maintenance staff is outstanding as well. Honestly, I haven’t even had to submit a service request because everything has been so well taken care of from the start. Parking is never an issue, which is a huge plus. The community has attendants/staff who make sure that only residents and authorized guests are parking, so you never have to worry about outsiders taking up spaces. I can confidently say I have no complaints. This is by far one of the best apartment communities in the Pelham/Birmingham area, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful, clean, and well-managed place to live.

  I love this property. The Property Manager is so amazing her eye detail in her ability to be so caring for each, and every one of her residence is absolutely phenomenal. When I called to get information about her property, she was so detailed so kind. I am so excited. I look forward to possibly moving here and I would definitely want to tour with her again thank you Karis.

  DONT RENT HERE IT FEELS LIKE YOU LIVE IN A PRISON complaints about smoking and parking when there not one but two restaurants that literally take up all the parking spots let’s not forget to mention when there are hockey games across the street you can’t come home to empty parking spot even though theres supposed to be someone directing traffic as well as the fair that was here last year the rent is extremely too high I feel like if I’m paying over 2K in rent I should be able to enjoy a cigarette or two in my apartment again where I pay the rent the elevators are constantly down it always feels like there is someone watching you rather then to rent here maybe you should just rent a home where you’ll actually have privacy and not have to worry about a vehicle that’s been sitting in the same parking spot for over a year I always wondered why people moved in and moved out so fast and now I see why and don’t get me wrong the staff here is amazing but it just feels like a HOA too many rules to strict

  The management team at Cadence at Bluff Park does a good job keeping things organized. Ada is very responsive and follows up when issues come up. Maintenance requests are handled efficiently, and communication has been consistent.
